providing both clients and end-users with the utmost in

Information Collected
Applicants submit their zip code, e-mail address and a
unique password for Perfectfind as well as answers to other
optional questions chosen by the applicant. Information is
collected by www.Perfectfind.com and is the sole property of
DMTM, LLC.
Perfectfind does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists
to third parties. Perfectfind may, from time to time,
contact you on behalf of external business partners about a
particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those
cases, your personal information (e-mail, name, address) is
not transferred to the third party.
Member Contact
If the opt-in box is selected on the entry form, we have
permission to contact the applicant via electronic or postal
mail regarding information, savings, or special offers that
relate directly to the information, savings, or special
offers that relate directly to the information they have
provided. This is opt-in only, meaning that the applicant
has complete control in allowing us to contact them.

Cookies are only used to keep track of log-in names and
passwords. A user's e-mail address is automatically logged
in when they revisit the site and they do not have to

our clients, affiliate members, and property users.
Delete/Deactivate
"Deactivating" refers to the process by which Personally
Identifiable Information, upon request, is removed. Because
of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to
delete a consumer's entry without some residual information.
An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable
Information deactivated will be functionally deleted. We
will not sell, transfer, or use the information relating to
